This leatherette checkbook cover comes with a custom engraved medical design
and personalized engraved text. The leatherette checkbook cover has two flaps
on the inside to hold your checkbook in place. Makes a perfect gift, award or
wedding present.

Colors: Dark Brown, Gray, Light Brown, Rawhide, Red

Personalize: Add text to your leatherette checkbook cover. For example your
name, business name, award information...whatever you like! Up to lines 2 lines
of engraving. Max 25 characters per line. Text will be laid out to work best
with the medical design you select. If you do not enter any text the medical
design will be engraved on the center of the checkbook cover. If you choose to
have only text engraved on your checkbook cover the text will be engraved on
the center of the checkbook cover. The following fonts are ONLY available in
Upper and Lower Case: Edwardian Script, Fiolex Girls, French Script, Giddy Up,
Harlow, Lucida Calligraphy, Monotype Corsiva or Script.

and/or punctuation. We copy and paste your text right off your order. How you
enter it when you place your order is how it will be engraved! When you receive
