Leather TOP STUB Checkbook / Card Wallet, with Pen Slot

I designed this cover to hold one TOP STUB checkbook, a pen, and credit cards.
I dye the leather by hand for vibrant colors and a unique look, while lining
the inside throughout for a finished feel. Because I strive to make the best
quality products possible, I guarantee my work for life.

The leather I use is a veg-tanned calfskin, known as Kip. These hides are
softer and more flexible than full grown veg-tanned cowhide. The skin is also
more dense, therefore stronger and more durable at the same thicknesses. I dye
this leather by hand, bringing out the natural texture of each hide with the
"Starburst" colors. Lighter colors will vary more than dark colors from piece
to piece. Dying leather like this is similar to staining wood; the natural
character of each hide will show through. Trying to balance perfection against
wastefulness, I minimize imperfections as best I can, and try to put them on
the inside or back of my products when necessary.

Personalize your checkbook with a monogram! I am happy to stamp initials, a
name or whatever your heart desires. Monograms are 1/2 inch tall, ALL CAPS, up
to 8 characters, and placed in the bottom right corner on the front cover
(oriented like a book, with the spine on the left).
