Care Guide

For outdoor leather goods we use three types of cattle leather:
1) Crazy Horse Leather – it’s distressed vintage leather, which coated with a
special wax on the surface of the polished full-grain leather. The wax
strengthens the leather fibers when they are scratched or rubbed, the natural
color of the leather changes its color, giving it an antique look, vintage
appearance. Average thickness of this leather is 4 oz. Available several
colors. Sewing products from this leather can to made by machine or by hands.
Leather fit for sewing of the tank covers and small or medium bags.
2) Crast Leather – it’s a tighter and tougher leather than Crazy Horse
Leather. Bags keep their shape well, as the leather has a high density. An
average thickness of this leather is 5 oz. Available colors are black and dark
brown. Sewing products from this leather can to made by machine or by hands.
Leather fit for sewing of the tank covers and small or medium bags.
3) Vegetable tanned leather - the densest and toughest leather. Bags keep
their shape perfectly, made for using for many years. The average leather
thickness is from 5 oz. up to 10 oz. This leather is more expensive than Crazy
Horse or Crast. Available several colors. Sewing products from this leather can
to made only by hands with special wax stitch. Leather fit for sewing of the
tank covers and small, medium, big and very big bags.

Each cover and bags designed to be tough enough to survive even the most
rugged conditions while retaining their beauty. With proper care, your bag will
hold up to decades of service.
1. Necessarily before the first use and in the future needing to regularly
protect the leather cover or bags from moisture. For this you can use
waterproof spray for shoes or for leather.
2. If your leather cover or bags gets wet need wipe dry with a soft cloth. Do
not use a hairdryer or any type of heat to dry your cover or bags.
3. The cover and bags have metal furniture. Metal can rust on prolonged
contact with water. Therefore, cover and bags need wipe dry with a soft cloth
after getting wet in rain or snow. After complete drying, you need to protect
the leather cover or bags from moisture. For this you can use waterproof spray
for shoes or for leather.
4. You can clean leather with a slightly dampened cloth. Don't use detergents
or cleansers! This will discolor the leather. Use special cleaners for smooth
leather shoes in case of heavy soiling.
5. For eliminate scratches need using a soft dry cloth – rub scratch in a
circular motion to redistribute wax coating. For all color leather can using
colorless wax or balm. For BLACK leather we recommend additional using black
wax or cream for shoes.
6. We strongly recommend periodically caring for your cover or bags with a
balm or wax that to prevent the leather from becoming dry or cracked. Apply a
even layer of colorness balm, cream or wax for leather with a soft, clean
sponge. Wipe off any excess balm or wax with a soft, dry, leather cloth.
