✔Please spell your ALL name(s) in ALL CAPITAL letters in the
"Personalization" section
✔Well will print the name with Capitalized first letter unless you want all
CAPS-Notify us if you would like all Caps
✔ Monograms are done as follows {first-LAST-middle}
For example: Riley Elise Parker Monogram would be rPe
✔If you choose to give use initials we will print/stitch the letters exactly
the way you type them.
(Make sure they are in the correct order we don't rearrange them)
✔Double check your mailing address. We are not responsible for changing you
invoice once an order is completed.
✔ Feel free to contact us if you need to see thread/vinyl colors-We will not
refund or exchange
orders due to slight color contrasts.
✔Proofs are welcome but MUST BE REQUESTED. They are sent within 24 to 48
hours AFTER you put in a REQUEST via email or Convo

✨Processing times:
Due to covid-19 process and mailing times will vary. In general we like to
keep our ETA with in 2-3 days. However, we anticipate a heavy holiday season
for online orders. Please be prepared to order 3 weeks in advance on
embroidered personalized items.

✨A separate rush fee is available and DOES NOT include shipping. The rush fee
pushes your order to the top of the list ONLY

✨First Class shipping for all orders that are 16 ozs or less. You may purchase
an upgrade for shipping within the store.
Orders that are 1lb and up will be shipped via Priority Mail

Once you purchase has been monogrammed we can no longer accept refund,
exchanges, or returns.


We use priority mail shipping methods which are normally 2 to 3 days. However
once parcels have been
mailed we are no longer in control of the speed or delivery times.
