This is an old wooden Briefcase base that I stripped and refinished. Its
surface is textured with the remains of the glue used to secure the fabric. It
has redone leather handle which is hand sown. The case has been sealed with
clear Lacquer. The latches are the original brass and are in working condition
but no key is available. The hinges are steel and also original.
The case is intended for use as a prop or decoration and should not be used to
carry heavy objects.
