This is a Victorian Cigarette Rose Case Steampunk Vintage Style Pastel Goth
Ladies 100s Cigarette Holder Gothic

This elegant case is double sided and a bright polished silver, with Victorian
designs. It is decorated with a large black and blue gothic rose, in the
center. The case holds up to 14 cigarettes, or any other small items you may
want to carry. The Size 4" x 2 1/8" it can hold kings or 100s.

Silver-plated jewelry can over time can lose its luster and become tarnished.
This happens when the silver reacts with moisture and air leading it to
oxidize. To restore the piece to its original shine, the jewelry needs to be
properly cleaned and taken care of

A wash with warm water is probably the first and simplest way to take tarnish
off of your silver plated items. As long as you’re sure to use warm water
specifically, and not hot water, there’s little risk of accidentally removing
any of the lacquered finish on your silver along with the tarnish. A little
mild soap can also be used. Or a silver polishing cloth can be used as long as
you do not rub hard, used gently it also can remove tarnish
